Standout Showings

Is your agent only doing the bare minimum to expose your home? Chances are the answer is yes. Typically most realtors take the bare minimum amount of photos on a property. Here is a breakdown of what you might get working with other realtors. If your home is worth:

   - $88,609 you will get an average of 0-5 photos taken of your property.
   - $157,496 you will get 6-13 photos taken of your property.
   - $165,496 you will have around 13 photos at the most.
….BUT

The Mike Metzger Team believes in going the extra mile. We take pride in the photos we take. By taking eye catching angles of our properties we are able to highlight all the aspects of your property, and we take more than the average Realtor. In today’s market, people expect to see lots of photos on a property. Properties without photos are generally passed over. By using more photos on premiere websites such as Realtor.com, the properties with the most photos are the ones that are displayed first and make your property stand out above the rest. Do you want your property to stand out?

Feedback

We collect feedback from agents after each showing. We will communicate that information back to you so that we are well aware of how buyers are receiving your home. This feedback is very important. It can tell you (and The Team) what factors are causing your home to stay on the market for a longer amount of time. Your home may need some upgrading, repairs, or need to have the price reduced in order to give a better impression to buyers. Once we find the right buyer at the right time for your home, we’ll be off and running to closing.
