When I needed to sell my home, friends recommended Mike Metzger at Bridge Realty. They said, “Don’t worry, he’ll be able to sell it and will get the best deal for you”. Well, looking back on it now, he certainly did. I moved to Spokane, WA a few years ago. After a divorce, I was in the market for my own home. I owned a rental property in Helper, UT, but I knew that I would have trouble making two mortgage payments if the rental were to become vacant. To be honest, the sense of urgency to sell was keeping me up at night. When I made the decision to sell, I anticipated a long process and was prepared to be disappointed as the asking price got lower and lower. Well, that didn’t happen at all. Mike had the property sold lightning quick and I was able to get more than the asking price by quite a bit. Mike coordinated with me regularly. The Legend
